Banker gives talk on how to create a mass appeal video game

I just posted about a story I read on Ars Technica about an Investment Banker who gave a talk about what will be needed to produce a mass appeal game to tap into the casual gamer market.

I don't often pimp out my blog on places like this - but in this instance I think I really need some good opinions about it as my own thoughts are a bit scattered.
