Anybody using Ning for their clients?

I'd like to set up a social media site around a client. If anyone knows of privacy issues that I should be aware of I'd appreciate a digital nudge, or recommendation of other white label social network sites.

Hey fella.
Ning is good because you can extract the code to use elsewhere, so no lock in.
There's white label apps for most things (come to think of it - it would be good to get a list of these on the planmersphere wiki).
All depends what you are looking to achieve.
