I saw this piece on Monday and I would agree. Influx Insights is genius and a great source of inspiration for me and everyone I now have hooked on it. It feels like it should be a 'must-have' for all agency's competing for business today.

I liked his thoughts on Utility - seems like this is where it's all going for brands. Bob Greenberg at R/GA wrote a nice piece in last August's issue of Creativity magazine on this topic. He had just come back from Cannes - he predicted that in the next few years at Cannes, the work that will win, will be breakthrough ideas that are about how to be (not what to say). I'll track it down and upload the file, it's worth reading. Thanks for posting this article.
