We are working with one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies to help them find a Senior Manager, Consumer Insights & Strategy. The Senior Manager will provide senior level leadership in consumer research to one of their key lines of business. Responsibilities will include assessing the information needs of strategy, base business and new product initiatives in specific categories and then developing and implementing plans to address those needs. The Senior Manager will also lead and manage a team of 5 including 3 direct reports to achieve results.
This opening is in their Chicago office.
The right candidate must have the following experience (these are non-negotiable):
• Minimum 8 years specialization in consumer/shopper research experience (i.e., at least 4 of these years need to with a consumer packaged goods company - this is non-negotiable).
• Minimum 4 years specialization in new product development/innovation (e.g., fuzzy, front-end, white space).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred
