a place for planners

Who have you worked with? Why were they awesome?

I'm trying to put together a holistic brand health measurement plan for a client and am curious if Hall&Partners or MillwardBrown are really my only two options? I love Hall&Partners but thought I'd tap the community for their response.

I'm not just looking for awareness metrics, but rather ability to evaluate PR, customer-service, buzz/social sphere/blogs, in addition to traditional advertising.

Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Hall and Partners do have a multi-media tracking type service which Mike hall tried to explain a few years ago to a very puzzled APG audience. I think Faris has a point -you can use all of these services, but yo have to think/construct about the metrics you are looking at. is it one common mtric or several which will define success?

Faris, Jon, and Mark, thank you. After spending a couple weeks now talking with "experts in tracking" of one sort or another, I agree that it will be a piecemeal model that I put together - ingredient gathering is one thing but then actually stirring and benefiting from the monster is another. Hall & Partners wonderfully provides "consultancy" but I'm curious if my account team and I could provide a similar service - but then do we have the time? Or do we have the software set up? It would seem a database of metrics needs to handle all incoming information, compute it, and then spit out an analysis - all science to measure the art.

Hall and Partners is great. I have worked with them successfully on Toyota.

Also, Persuadables is pretty good. They're based in Kansas, with a sales person in NYC.
