- I have been head of semiotics at Flamingo for just a year now having worked in the field for almost 4 years. I did my apprenticeship alongside Dr. Alex Gordon and at the University of Toronto under Marcel Danesi. I previously conducted qualitative research projects at Flamingo since 2001. I did a year of planning at CDP in 2000 after an internship at Mustoe Merriman and have always loved the art of planning. I have worked with many planners since having run a welter of creative and strategic development projects globally, I admire the discipline, the combination of rigour and imagination and the quiet, affable intelligence that most planners embody and exude.
