- I worked at various agencies including FCB, Draft (before they merged with FCB), Wunderman, etc. My background is in account management. I segued into advertising recruiting in the mid-90's. It has been a blast!
The company I worked for since 2000 is Melinda Holm & Associates. We recruit for all areas of marketing and advertising; however, strategic planning and consumer insight positions continue to be one of our primary concentrations. We work on many of the confidential searches that are not advertised throughout the U.S.
We are always on the lookout for professionals who might be interested in exploring new opportunities or just hearing from us about what’s out there. We are also happy to help employers find the right person for their needs. We handle freelance and full-time positions.
We strive to cultivate relationships with our job seekers which last for their entire careers. We personalize each search so that the targeting is ‘right on’. Often, we will find a once in a lifetime opportunity when our candidate is not even looking!
