I want to help people see things in new ways and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I am quite serious: I have been a cotton broker in Memphis TN, a diamond dealer in Belgium and Japan and an ad executive and hat salesman in NY.

We take a more considered approach to developing innovations. For a start, we believe that a company's business culture is the single most important variable in successfully bringing new ideas to life.
