Scott Lukas is the founder of DOSAGE, a branding, innovation and communications strategy process consultancy.
Dosage helps make client’s resources more resourceful by employing a series of proprietary thinking tools and best practices. These thinking tools help strategists of all kinds identify growth opportunities, tasks, insights, strategies, and executional ideas more quickly, easily and more imaginatively.
Scott has designed and developed an approach to positioning and integrated marketing communications planning for global agency network Lowe Worldwide. This approach and the related tools/best practices that fuel it have been employed and trained in over 40 offices worldwide. A new strategic toolkit, that focuses on digital, cultural and comms planning is in the works.
Before DOSAGE, Scott worked at Chiat/Day, Fallon McElligott Berlin and was also one of the original twelve that launched what is now Berlin Cameron United. He worked on a lot of sports and beverages.
Scott was a featured speaker for the 2003, 2005 and 2007 AAAA Account Planning Conference and for the 2007 “Polygamous Wedding” Channel Planning Conference. He is a multiple AMA EFFIE award winner and judge, as well as a recurring judge for the Jay Chiat Account Planning Awards. He has been published in the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ 2001 publication “The Value of Advertising” and in 2007 a college text about career paths in planning. He has co-authored a toolkit that helps clients translate trend information into marketing ideas for The Coca-Cola Company. The toolkit is widely known as the only one of its kind.
He’s an avid photographer, art fan, wanderer, new music lover, gadget guy, golfer and watcher of all things basketball, baseball and football.

Previously worked as a senior “account planner” at another agency. Has had planners reporting to them and enjoys mentoring junior planners. Is very confident, has gravitas, can inspire others, and instill confidence in clients.
Has excellent writing skills, can write/present exceptionally well, can design/facilitate research Is technology forward and has previously inspired digital creative work.
Must be able to work independently on new biz/pitch work as well as mentor and supervisor more junior planners below them.
This individual would come in initially as an "Associate Planning Director" and after proving themselves and that they can adapt to digital and R/GA culture, could be promoted to a full Director in a year. You will have at least 5-7 years experience.
