- I'm Planning Director at glue, since 2001. Prior to that I set up an agency to use digital for the arts and charities (way before they had the money to do anything of course!). In 1997 I worked in publicity and digital stuff for the BBC and BBC World Wide in between being a theatre director! Trained in theatre in US and London.
