Hope you are enjoying the NY Spring - if it has arrived yet. I think that Spring and Fall are the best times of the year there.
So what are the retail "trends" you're going to inspire clients to jump on board with in 2008?
I think we're going to see a revolution of the "waiting in line" experience...there are small changes happening that are making it a much better experience. But now that I write this, I'm thinking: is this really part of retail? I mean, IT IS, but so far, agencies have only been concerned with the merchandising part of this oh-so-important environment.
What is happening with customer-service? Are you interested in making people brand stewards?
