Draftfcb Senior Strategic Planner:
Seeking Calculated Boldness
At Draftfcb, Strategic Planners act as catalysts for great ideas. We look for people who can help turn innovative thinking into inspired creative that solves real business problems. We want people who question everything, who reshape the assignments they’re given, who work to improve the output, and who are always working on the next big thing. In short, we have a lot of faith in the following:
People: Our focus on people starts within the walls of Draftfcb and ends with a holistic and innovative understanding of the consumers our brands touch. We see the shades of grey that others might ignore, and use them to create tighter work at every step of the way—from clearer insights to better context and more personalized conversations.
Storytelling: We inspire through a keen understanding of what matters to our consumers, and strive to share their desires through single-minded, captivating stories. If PowerPoint is your idea of a great presentation tool, you’re looking at the wrong agency. We want Planners who understand the power of creation, and who constantly find new ways to share artful and inspiring representations of their big idea. Our Planners take their knowledge to a more personable level by interacting rather than just intoning.
Sharing: We believe in the power of shared knowledge, and do not support lone-wolf behavior. We look for Planners who want to build not only great brands, but a great department.
