Need help with a pitch for a super premium jewellery brand (diamonds) aimed at the upwardly living 'youth'; not the bulgari/cartier types, but just under from a lay person's positioning perspective. Strategies done in other markets would be great; any help appreciated. Thanks in advance
Nice to meet you Asparsh. I left Bombay in 2001 but I visit often, every chance I get infact. My family is still there. ...
hah.. I'm not sure I've had a conversation with rayo about my aspirations. I want to be a planner because it's a great blend of strategic thinking, insights and planning and my background/experiences fit within those spheres.
I work in a marketing/new media role in the financial services industry but I don't want to be holed in the industry and I've enjoyed working on freelance projects so the agency life makes sense...
what made you a planner?
Hello! Yes, back in Sydney where it's only just now starting to get away from the cold. Had a GREAT visit to India and loved meeting you guys. Wore my shirt to work-out today. 'Grow Young' has taken on a whole new meaning now that I'm pregnant and my hubby's last name is Young. : ) How are things with you?
Right. I keep confusing icontract and contract. He's awesome, isn't he?
I'm working on freelance projects for a couple agencies right now so I hope to transition by the end of this year.
How long have you been in the agency world?
wow, that's an interesting story. Mine is pretty linear in its philosophy. I think the creative past haunts me when I write briefs, so I try esp hard to write good ones!!
hey what up? how's it going.. thanks so much for ur email. it was SUPER useful and interesting views too! How's Monday looking? *sigh* I need serious coffee ..=)
hi asp! i work on entertainment properties (mainly film and tv), with a beverage or fashion client here or there...i particularly like working on film, b/c you generally are not a project for too long...everything focuses around premiere and then you pretty much done and on to the next thing!
