have been reading your blog. very nice! :D
Agree with your point on waiting in line, but we need to show how it can be engaging, not just a place for captive media to shout at people. Personally I preach caution when marketing in captive environments unless it is truly an experience that people find valuable and have control over.
I am down in Miami and decided it's time I join this network to get the planning juices flowing. Keep in touch! I want to fill you in on everything as I move through the program.
